What we print for boats

  • Replacement parts: hatch clips, latches, knobs, caps, covers and trim pieces that are hard to find or no longer made.
  • Mounts and holders: phone, GPS, fish finder and light mounts, cup holders, rod and tackle holders.
  • Organizers: console and dash organizers, line and cable management, storage bins sized to your boat.
  • Custom pieces: name plates, labels and one-off parts designed for your exact setup.

Materials that survive Florida sun and salt

  • ASA: our go-to for parts that live outside. It resists UV fading and cracking and handles heat.
  • PETG: tough and water-resistant, great for shaded or below-deck parts.
  • TPU: flexible and grippy for bumpers, pads and gaskets.

We don't recommend standard PLA for anything that sits in the sun on a boat. It softens in Florida heat.

No file? No problem

Send us a photo of the broken part next to a ruler, or the part itself, and tell us where it goes. We'll design and quote a replacement. Simple parts are often ready in a few days.

A few honest limits

  • 3D printed parts aren't a replacement for certified safety equipment, structural or load-rated hardware, or anything below the waterline that could cause flooding if it failed.
  • Stainless or metal hardware should stay metal. We print the plastic parts around it.
